The purpose of this SAO Quality Assurance Special Interest Group (QASIG) Steering Committee is to produce periodic programs, events or presentations that provide the regional software community with information about software quality, processes, methods, measurement, and management to help them successfully compete in today’s marketplace, as well as to coordinate with other software quality organizations and communities such as the SAO Development SIG, Rose City SPIN, Pacific Northwest Software Quality Conference, Open Source, and the Agile Alliance to maximize the use of the Silicon Forest talent pool in the production of these programs.
