Presented by the Quality Assurance Forum
In this presentation, Greg Smith will walk you through a process for creating an Agile lifecycle that works for your given situation. You will learn how to assess your ability to become agile, what practices to keep in your existing process, and how to test an agile lifecycle with minimal risk to your company. You will learn how to involve the entire project team in the move to a more Agile process.
In addition, Greg will discuss how an Agile Lifecycle works in practice and how the QA role changes. You will learn the role of QA in project feasibility, requirements definition, requirements refinement, adapting to discoveries, functional testing, and deployment.
By attending this event, professionals will learn: - How to bring the correct level of agility into their organization
- How to assess which existing processes to keep when moving to agile
- How the role of a tester changes in an agile environment
You will learn that QA skills are critical in an agile environment, and how you can support the mission of lowering risk and increasing delivery accuracy.
