SAO will be a leader in promoting successful growth for a broad base of software companies.  SAO will accomplish this by doing the following:

• Advocacy with local, state and federal officials for tax and economic development policies that are software company friendly
• Providing comprehensive recruitment services for companies looking for qualified employees
• Promoting professional (incumbent worker) training programs
• Promoting cluster development within segments of the software industry
• Promoting IT organization professional development so that their companies can operate efficiently and effectively and that the benefits of new software technologies can be more easily understood and implemented
• Offering professional development programs and events to enhance workforce development at all levels within the software enterprise
