Leadership Exchange Series:   Peer discussion groups for

Oregon's leading technology professionals.

*Eligibility and participation is based on professional criteria by role or responsibility, and may vary by industry type. 


Leadership Exchange Groups

For Professionals at TECHNOLOGY companies only:

  • CEO – Growth Company Executives; CEO, President or top local staff member
  • Finance – Executive Financial staff;  CFO or Director of Finance
  • Sales and Marketing – Executive Sales and Marketing Professionals;  VP / Manager / Director of Marketing, Sales or Business Development
  • StartUp – Technology Entrepreneurs and StartUp Executives  (meets 3rd Tuesday of the Month)

For industry Professionals at ANY company:

  • IT – Top IT Leaders;  IT Director or Manager
  • Support and Services – Those leading Support or Technical Services
  • Technology – Company’s top technology leader;  CTO, VP / Manager / Director of Research and Development or related role

Group and Meeting Details

  • Online groups are managed by committee member administrators
  • Meetings are hosted by member companies at their business site
  • Topics and meeting agendas are loosely organized and set by the meeting host, with a majority of time devoted to peer discussions: role-specific, business-critical questions and conversation among attendees
  • Meetings are generally held once a month, and are scheduled individually by each group
  • Group size is unlimited but each meeting is generally limited to no more than 20 to encourage active participation
